You could download executed Jar from this location; once download, unzip the file, and run the Sudoku in SQLPlus Emulator env by typing "java -jar sudoku.jar" in the console prompt. You needs JDK 5 (i.e Tiger) to run this program.
You could also download the source from here; that's provided if you don't mind a buggy and lack of documentation source.code. Hey, it's a Pre-Alpha release..don't expect too much, ok?
